Rules of Service:

·    Must comply with Mid-Shore Regional Landfill rules for Residential Solid Waste. Call (410) 820-8383 with questions.

·    A $50 fine may be imposed for not following acceptable waste rules

·    Specific unacceptable waste includes (but not limited to):
  - LIQUID PAINT (must be dry or fill paint can with cat litter)
  - OIL, GAS, FLAMABLE LIQUIDS or HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES (not accepted by MSRL)
  - CAR/TRUCK TIRES

·    Please ask if you’re not sure. We can loose our disposal privileges for dumping prohibited waste

·    Please leave a note for your trash man if placing sharp (i.e. broken glass) or other harmful items in the trash

·    All trash is to be bagged. We are not responsible for cleaning up messes caused by “fly away” materials

 

Terms of Service:

·    We provide ONE 95 gallon wheeled trash container (additional for “multi-container service”). If container is lost or destroyed, the replacement cost is $80.

·    Number of Allowed Bags: Fill 95 gal can + small can with 2-3 extra bags. Additional bags charged at a rate of $1/kitchen bag and $3/contractor style bag. No additional bags allowed with Senior Special.

·    Service is one pick-up per week on a regular daily schedule. Notices will be posted for scheduled changes.

·    Can must be at the end of your driveway the night before scheduled pick-up day.

·    Failure to notify us of cancellation/transfer service will result in continual quarterly billing.

·    Service is billed quarterly (3 months) in advance. Rates are subject to periodic change.

·    Payment for service is due on receipt of your bill.

·    Past due accounts are subject to finance charges being applied at 2% per month or an APR of 24%.

·    Returned checks or Insufficient Funds returns are subject to a $25 check fee plus bank charges.

·    Customer Referral Program: Receive a FREE month of service if referral signs up for new service.
